  • You send in your query, of which I will promptly get back to you and advise how I can assist, even if only advice is needed, that is fine with me.

  • We discuss your query, whether it be upgrade advice or a full rebuild, getting it right is essential. Computers are personal, I will not demand account log ins etc if you do not wish to give them to me. In addition I will give you a personalised quote and scope of work agreement so you are never in the dark. This will of course be custom to what we discussed, working to whatever budget that you may have.

  • The work agreed, you will order the parts you need, I will collect or you come to me, whichever is easier and I complete the work. You will be fully aware before any money is handed over what my availability is and how long it will take.

  • Once work is complete and all is settled, your PC is given back to you. All parts you originally gave to me included. I am happy with collection or happy to deliver as well.

    Your PC is no hassle.

  • Support, yes, I am fully aware that things can occur when you finally plug it in and launch it. I will be there to ensure all is well after handover, I will never leave you with a broken PC, end of.

How I can help

  • Beyond basic checks, it includes a full clean and polish, performance and system checks. Expect CPU, GPU, Drive(s) and RAM to be checked and verified

  • From installing new GPUs or CPUs to upgrading RAM and drives. This includes secure installation, compatibility checks and system updates, ensuring your PC runs smoothly and efficiently with the latest upgrades.

  • I am more than happy to talk you through your enquiry, suggesting parts and an upgrade path. Once the build is complete, a full thermals and benchmarking report is provided.

  • Want to upgrade your system to the latest version of Windows and an SSD? For enhanced performance and security.

    This includes installation, data migration, compatibility checks and ensuring all drivers and software are updated for a smooth transition.

High temps are not good for your computer, I will provide a full report on your PC or MAC and ensure you are fully aware of your machine’s health, this will include your CPU and GPU idle/Stress temps and drive health (NVME/SSD/HDD) Health.

RAM checks are also performed.
